Well, there is your problem. I'm living here on the big island and you can buy a acre of decent land and put a tiny house on it for 50-70k maybe less. No one in their right mind would pay that price to live anywgere in most of the mid west. Drop that price to 40k it should be.

They really missed the mark. Especially for the neighborhood these houses are in. The comment section talks about it more.
