Remember you can also archive to www.archive.org, if there's no snapshot it will ask if you want to archive it.

Google has been deleting pages from archive.org

you can also archive with webcitation.org and let websites be rebuild by timetravel.mementoweb.org, which does access some more web-archive services. speaking of archiving, was there or was there not a copy from Alefantis Instagram (with some pictures that were a little disproportional)? if so, not there now anymore .. the archive.org gives me the strange load - stop - reload - stop - reload - stop version of the page. nothing to see there. I am really of the opinion that I saw some pictures from that Instagram somewhere and I think it was on archive.is . anybody knows the people there? was under the impression that some stuff gets lost on that archive service before. so can anyone say if there are suspicions on archive.is ??

You can archive an archive.is page with archive.org and vice versa.

Thanks for the info on webcitation.org and timetravel.mementoweb.org, I'll give them a test drive.
