Summary: Shitty neighborhood, can't jog and no gym, not looking to get swole, just looking for a simple enough exercise routine that can be done indoors to prevent weight gain, improve stamina/overall fitness, and tighten flabby skin.
I'm a very big newbie to this stuff, I'm trying to better myself after I got caught in a shitty cycle of just sitting around, eating junk food, playing video games, and watching porn. My body obviously got hit pretty hard, I got off surprisingly light in the beauty department, with just a slight belly(not even noticeable with a shirt on), flabby skin, and the beginning stages of man boobs, but what took a major hit was actual fitness, I could barely manage 25 shitty sit-ups this morning, it was shameful. Anyway, obviously I came here looking for help, I would've just looked up a video or used some of the stuff already posted here, but a lot of the advice here relies on lifting and jogging, two things which my current circumstances make very difficult.
I live in a shitty southern neighborhood, blistering heat, and a ton of sketchy people. I don't feel comfortable getting mail or taking out garbage, like hell I'm going jogging. And with no parks nearby, I'm bordering SOL. Also, no gym, I don't own any weights, the closest thing to a weight I've got is my heavy as fuck vacuum cleaner. What I'm getting at is, I can't really jog or lift easily. So I'm pretty much stuck with basic workouts.
As I said at the beginning, I know next to nothing about this kind of stuff, I have no clue if what I'm asking for is outrageous or hilariously simple. But what I'm looking for a basic routine akin to pushups and the like, that can help with the issues I listed(tightening flabby skin, improving stamina, etc). I'm not trying to get insanely swole, I just want to tighten the flabby skin, and just be a bit more physically able in general.
